Shipping of Prints

Packaging:

All prints are shipped carefully rolled in a robust trapezium postal tube of double corrugated board with trapezoidal section for maximum strength. The tube has continuous reinforced edges and corners and finger grip hole for easy opening. TSC ® certified and is climate neutral.

Dispatch and Delivery:

Once you place your order it will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Once shipped you will receive and email with your tracking details. Delivery takes between 5-7 business days depending on your location and is subject to local postal delays. We use An Post registered delivery in Ireland and also Fedex, TNT and Nightline couriers as our carriers. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Returns:

If your print is lost or damaged in Transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund. If you are unhappy with your print or have simply changed your mind, we offer a refund up to 14 days after receipt of. The customer must pay for the return shipping in the original packaging.
